65, Overweight and Yoga

“I have just started taking yoga strength training classes with Lynn Barclay (one month). I am very pleased for many reasons. The class is small; individual encouragement is given readily; the poses are explained thoroughly and there is no “competitive” pushing. The stretching, although challenging, is wonderful (especially afterwards).
I am a very happy and more limber, camper and would be glad to talk to anyone should they have questions.”
