Working Mom Stress and Yoga

“Doing yoga began as a way to not only take time out for myself but also reduce my stress level. It has been over 2 months since I began taking classes with Las Vegas Yoga Therapy and now I feel stronger and my posture has improved as well.
Lynn started our classes with very basic movements and we have gradually moved on to more challenging poses. Having people with different flexibility levels in each class, Lynn makes it a point to show variations on poses to suit every level.
Most of all, I am excited to see my muscles getting toned and lean; even my breathing has improved! I really look forward to my classes each week as I feel more relaxed and my energy level has never been better!”
