Yoga for Anxiety

My name is Mustafa. I have been studying yoga with Lynn to overcome my anxiety. She has helped me tremendously in a very short time. She is professional and has a warm pleasant personality. Her knowledge about yoga is extensive. She has gone beyond my expectations in helping me to overcome my stress attacks and loss of sleep. My anxiety is manageable now, and I thank Lynn for that. I believe that it is very important to have the right teacher to learn something for the first time. The right teacher makes you love it, wrong one makes you hate it.
